Where do I begin with lil Annabella … she’s too precious for words. Photographing this session was a perfect way to spend a Sunday morning! Lucy and Greg are beyond nice and completely welcomed me into their home. Lucy, Annabella’s Mama, is from gorgeous Brazil and spoke quite a bit of Portuguese during the session. I tried my hardest to pull some Rosetta Stone action, hoping I would at least learn a word or two, but no such luck …
This fabulous girl is definitely a six month old! Annabella is wildly curious! Her eyes scan the room from object to object and you can almost feel her eagerness to crawl to her distractions. In time though Annabella … in no time at all you be a crawling machine, satisfying every curiosity. I must say, that one of my FAVORITE things about photographing babies is getting to see the world through their eyes. If only we could hold onto that excitement and curiosity over the years. I mean how great would it be for your eyes to light up over a shiny vase or for a little purple hippo to make your heart content. We should all try to be a little bit more like Annabella every day and look at life with excitement and wonder!
